How it works

Three steps, no runaround

01. Tell us the basics

Date, headcount, town, and what you want on the table. The form below takes about a minute; the phone takes less.

02. We build the menu

We come back with a menu and a price built around your group and your budget: meats, sides, buns, sauce, the whole spread. Ask about a tasting if it's a wedding.

03. We show up early

Barbecue runs on a clock that starts the night before. By the time your guests arrive, the hard part has been done for twelve hours.

Two ways to serve it

  • Drop-off

    Hot pans, ready to set out. Simplest option for offices, showers and smaller parties.

What we'd need to know: lead times, minimums and deposits depend on the season and the date. Summer Saturdays go early, so send the request and we'll tell you straight away whether the date is open.

Catering is sold by the half pan and the full pan, so it scales from an office lunch to a wedding. Tell us the headcount and we'll work out how much food that actually is.

The fine print

Pricing is per half pan and full pan and moves with the market. Ask and we'll quote your event. 8.5% NH meals tax is added to the total. Gratuity isn't required, but it's greatly appreciated.

Food allergy notice: food prepared by Gator Pit BBQ may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, fish and shellfish. Tell us about allergies when you book and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
